Ingredients

  • 200 g rice, cooked
  • 300 g minced meat
  • 2 medium onion (s)
  • 1 large can (s) peach (s), collecting 00 ml juice!
  • 150 ml curry ketchup
  • 1 cup cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat with onions, season with a little salt and pepper, mix with the rice.
  2. Drain the peaches (be sure to collect 100 ml of juice) and cut into wedges. Layer alternately with the rice and minced meat mixture in a baking dish, using peaches as the last layer. Bring the curry ketchup, cream and peach juice to the boil, stir well and pour over the casserole. Bake the casserole for approx. 20 minutes at 200 ° C (peaches must not turn brown.)
  3. This casserole can be prepared the day before.
