  • Oatmeal Flakes – 2 Cups
  • Chicken eggs – 3 Pieces
  • Sugar – 100 Grams
  • Butter – 100 grams
  • Peaches – 4-5 Pieces
  • Cognac – 30 Milliliters
  • Starch – 1 Teaspoon
  • Soda – 0.5 Teaspoons
  • Vinegar 9% – 1 Teaspoons

Peach Oat Pie Instructions

  1. Let’s prepare the ingredients.
  2. Pour sugar into a bowl and beat in eggs. Beat everything thoroughly with a blender.
  3. Add soft butter and mix again.
  4. Pour in instant oatmeal. I have flaxseed flakes that can be used for baking too.
  5. Add vinegar slaked soda and knead the dough.

  6. Transfer the finished dough into a silicone mold.
  7. Cut the peaches into slices and put them on the dough. Sprinkle with starch on top.
  8. We send the form with the dough to the oven for about 30 minutes. Cooking at 180 degrees.
  9. We check the readiness with a wooden stick.
