Peach – Passion Fruit – Dream

Ingredients

• 1 large can peach (s)
• 400 g yourt, vanilla flavor
• 400 g cream (or alternatively 200 cream / Cremefine and 200 quark)
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• 2 packs sauce powder, (vanilla dessert sauce without cooking)
• 0.5 liter ½ passion fruit juice
• orange liqueur
• Pistachios, chopped for decorating

Instructions

1. Dice the peaches. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff and mix with the quark if necessary. Stir the vanilla sauce powder into the passion fruit juice, the powder turns it into a thick sauce. Refine with orange liqueur if you like.
2. Layer in glasses or a bowl in the following order: peaches, vanilla yogurt, cream, passion fruit sauce. Decorate with chopped pistachios and a few pieces of peach!
3. It`s easy, easy to prepare and the passion fruit juice makes it a refreshing and exotic dessert.
