Ingredients

  • 12 peach (s), ripe, soft
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • 6 cl rum, white
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice
  • 4 cl brandy (peach brandy)
  • 1 bottle white or rosé wine
  • 1 bottle sparkling wine
  • 1 liter buttermilk

Instructions

  1. Core the peaches and cut into cubes. Put these in a large punch bowl and mix with the lemon juice, sugar, brandy and rum. Let it steep for at least 20 minutes. Then pour the wine over it. Just before serving, add sparkling wine and buttermilk.
  2. Instead of peaches, strawberries, for example, also taste very tasty in the punch.
