Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 150 g butter
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 5 drops flavor (lemon baking oil)
  • 250 g flour
  • 3 teaspoons, leveled baking powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

For covering:

  • 900 g peach (s), (2 lare cans)

For the sprinkles:

  • 150 grams flour
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 100 g butter

For the cast:

  • 100 g powdered suar
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Dough: stir butter until smooth, gradually add sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, salt and baking oil, lemon. Mix flour with baking powder, sieve, gradually add to the mass. Put the finished dough on a greased baking sheet and smooth it out.
  2. Cut the well-drained peaches into wedges (can be bought already cut and are nice and even) and place on the dough.
  3. For the crumble, sieve the flour, mix with the sugar and vanilla sugar, then add the butter in flakes, mix quickly and spread over the peaches.
  4. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 175-200 degrees (gas: 3-4) for about 25 minutes.
  5. For the icing, sieve the icing sugar, stir with the lemon juice until smooth and spread on the cake immediately after baking. The cake tastes very good even without a topping and is very popular with all relatives and friends.
