Ingredients

  • 2 kg peach (s), ripe
  • 1 bunch basil, fresh, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup white, dry wine
  • Sea salt, coarse
  • Pepper, black
  • sugar
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the peaches and cut into pieces, add white wine and finely puree with a blender, add white wine if necessary. Add salt, pepper, sugar and cayenne to taste not too sweet.
  2. Put in the freezer and let it get very cold, do not freeze! Sprinkle on the chopped basil before serving.
  3. Delicious starter on hot summer days.
