Ingredients

  • 5 stalks coriander
  • 1 chilli pepper (s), red
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 4 tablespoon water
  • 3 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar, brown
  • 3 tablespoon peanuts, roasted, unsalted

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the coriander, chilli and garlic. Mix the fish sauce with water, lime juice and sugar. Stir in coriander, chilli and garlic and let steep for 15 minutes.
  2. Chop the peanuts and stir in just before serving.
