Instructions

  1. Roughly chop the peanuts. Mix the butter, peanut butter, cane sugar and egg until creamy. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in. Fold in 40 g peanuts.
  2. Place a small pile of the dough with a teaspoon on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, leaving enough space so that the biscuits will spread apart. Sprinkle with the remaining peanuts, press down a little and bake at 160 ° C (fan oven) for about 15 minutes. Loosen carefully and let cool on a cake wire.
  3. Roughly chop the chocolate, melt it in a bain-marie, fill a small piping bag and cover the biscuits in strips. When the cookies are for Christmas, you can decorate them with colorful sugar pearls, etc.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
