Ingredients

  • 115 g butter, soft
  • 200 g peanut butter, creamy
  • 55 g suar, brown
  • 70 grams sugar
  • 1 large egg (s)
  • 2 Table spoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 230 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

  • 80 g chocolate, whole milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  2. Mix the softened butter with the peanut butter until creamy. Stir in the two sugars, then the egg, milk, vanilla extract, until everything is well combined. Mix the flour with the baking soda and stir in. Put some sugar in a bowl, then remove pieces weighing 18 g from the dough. Shape these into a round shape, toss in the sugar and place on the baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 12-14 minutes and in the meantime melt the chocolate.
  3. Take the biscuits out of the oven and immediately press a small indentation in each of them with a wooden spoon. Now fill this with the melted chocolate. I put the chocolate in a plastic bag and cut off a small corner. It can then be poured in without any problems. Place the filled biscuits on a wire rack and let cool down completely. Until the chocolate is firm in the middle. The dough made 39 pieces for me.
