Ingredients

  • 200 g milk chocolate or dark chocolate
  • 150 g butter
  • 250 g biscuit (s) (wholemeal biscuits)
  • 200 g suar, brown
  • 300 g peanut butter with pieces
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate over a double boiler. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Grind the whole grain biscuits together with the brown sugar in a food processor or blender. Mix the melted butter with the biscuits and sugar, and add the peanut butter and vanilla extract.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly in an approx. 20 x 15 cm large tin lined with baking paper and press on. Pour the melted chocolate over the mass and put the mold in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. As soon as the chocolate has set, cut the mixture into 16 pieces.
