Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic)

  • 1 chilli pepper (s)
  • 100 g peanuts
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 1 pinch coriander powder,
  • Salt,
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled sugar

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the garlic, shallots and ginger. Then puree everything with the peanuts.
  2. Put the pureed mass in a saucepan, add the coconut milk, soy sauce, coriander and sugar and reduce until it has thickened. Finally, season with salt and let cool down.
  3. Goes very well with fondue, saté or vegetarian potato dishes.
