Ingredients

  • 25 g butter
  • 30 g oil, possibly peanut oil
  • 125 g cane suar
  • 2 Table spoons milk
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 125 g flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 100 g chocolate, chopped
  • 50 g almond (s), chopped
  • 50 g peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Beat the soft butter, oil, sugar, vanilla sugar and honey on the highest setting for at least 5 minutes. Then add flour, salt and baking powder, stir more slowly.
  2. Add the peanut butter, chocolate and almonds. Chocolate and nuts can still be relatively large, that is what makes cooking enjoyable later!
  3. Shape the mixture into 16 balls (slightly smaller than table tennis balls), place on a baking sheet (leave space!) And flatten it a little. Bake at 180 ° C (preheated) for approx. 12 - 15 minutes.
