Peanut Sauce

Peanut sauce is a versatile dressing with an original taste. It is served both cold and hot as a filling for pancakes, sauce for meat dishes or dressing for salads.

Ingredients

  • Peanut Butter – 4 Tbsp spoons
  • Grated Ginger – 1 Teaspoon
  • Rice vinegar – 3 Tbsp. spoons
  • Sugar – 3.5 Art. spoons
  • Soy Sauce – 2.5 Teaspoons
  • Sesame oil – 1.5 Teaspoons
  • Red Pepper – 2 Pinches
  • Water – 3 Art. spoons
  • Sweet and sour sauce – 2 Tbsp. spoons

Directions

  1. We will prepare all the necessary ingredients.
  2. Chop the chalk or three on a coarse grater ginger root.
  3. Place a teaspoon of grated ginger in a convenient (deep) bowl.
  4. Fill with rice vinegar.
  5. Add sugar.
  6. Add peanut butter.
  7. And fill it with soy sauce.
  8. Add red pepper.
  9. Pour in sweet and sour sauce.
  10. We pour in water.
  11. And sesame oil.
  12. Beat the sauce with a whisk.
  13. Beat until smooth.
  14. Pour over portioned plates and serve.
