Ingredients

  • 1 kg pear (s), weighed cleaned
  • 100 ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 400 ml orange juice
  • 750 g preservin suar
  • 5 tablespoon amaretto
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 1 vanilla pod (s)

Instructions

  1. Wash the pears, cut them in half, remove the core and cut the pulp into small pieces. Mix with all other ingredients and bring to the boil. Let cook for at least 4-6 minutes, make a gel test. Remove the cinnamon and vanilla and puree everything. Fill the prepared twist-off jars very hot and close.
