Ingredients

  • 1 pear (s), ripe
  • 2 apricot (s), dried (soft apricots)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 100 ml apple juice
  • 1 squirt lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoon oatmeal
  • 250 ml whey
  • 1 teaspoon flaxseed, possibly

Instructions

  1. Wash the pear and cut into wedges. Dice the apricots. Boil both with honey, apple juice and lemon juice and let stand for 5 minutes on the switched off hotplate.
  2. Pour into a bowl, add the oat flakes and possibly the flaxseed and pour as much whey as you want.
  3. It is best to serve it very hot, then the muesli warms up and tastes best!
