Instructions

1. Mix the quark with the crème fraîche, cream and 4 - 6 tablespoons of honey. Chop and fold in the walnuts for the cream.
2. Wash the pear, peel and chop if necessary. If you like, you can also cut a few columns for the decoration.
3. First put the pears in glasses, then the walnut and honey cream. Finally, decorate with pear slices and walnut halves as desired.
