Ingredients

  • 140 g butter
  • 100 g powdered suar
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 packet custard powder, vanilla
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 4 egg (s), separated
  • 1 packet aroma (orange cake)
  • 130 ml buttermilk
  • 600 g pear (s)
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Peel, quarter, core and cut the pears into pieces.
  2. Beat egg whites into firm snow. Mix the soft butter with powdered sugar and egg yolk until creamy, then stir in the flour, custard powder, buttermilk and orange cake mixed with baking powder, then fold in the egg whites.
  3. Spread the dough in a prepared form, e.g. springform pan, and cover with the pear pieces. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 ° for about 35-40 minutes (test with chopsticks).
  4. Sprinkle with icing sugar when cold.
