Ingredients

For the compote:

  • 1 medium pear (s), rather firm
  • 4 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon, heaped raisins
  • 1 tablespoon, heaped almond (s), finely chopped

For the cream:

  • 250 g quark
  • 2 tablespoon sour cream
  • 4 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Wash the pear, if necessary peel, core and dice. Mix the water with sugar and fold in with the raisins and almonds and simmer for about 5 minutes. They should still be somewhat firm to the bite.
  2. Mix the ingredients for the cinnamon cream and season to taste. The cinnamon cream can be adjusted as you wish. First pour the cinnamon cream into glasses and then pour the cooled compote on top.
