Ingredients

  • 500 g quark, lean level
  • 2 pear (s)
  • 30 g chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
  • Sweetener or
  • 100 g powdered suar
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice (approximately)
  • possibly oatmeal
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar, to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix the quark with approx. 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, sweetener (or powdered sugar) and possibly a little water until smooth. Peel the pears, remove the core, cut into bite-sized pieces and add to the quark. Chop the chocolate into small pieces with a knife and fold in, season again and if you like, you can fold in a packet of vanilla sugar.
  2. Fill the cream into four bowls (or one large bowl) and let it steep in the refrigerator.
  3. If you like, sprinkle roasted oatmeal on top just before consumption.
