some butter for the pan

Instructions

Cut the prepared pears into eighths. Mix with sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon and clove powder.
Butter two flat casserole dishes and place the pear pieces in them.
Mix the ingredients for the dough together. Spread over the pears and smooth out.
Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C top / bottom heat or under the grill for approx. 40 minutes on the middle rack.
Before serving, brush with the melted butter and sprinkle with the sugar.
