Ingredients

  • 1 kg pear (s), ripe, peeled, pitted and chopped
  • 1 lemon (s), juice it
  • 1 teaspoon gingerbread spice
  • 600 g preservin suar, 2: 1

Instructions

  1. Mix the chopped pear, lemon juice, gingerbread and preserving sugar. Bring to the boil and let simmer for about 3-5 minutes. Make a gel test. Pour into hot rinsed glasses, close tightly and turn upside down for 5 minutes. Let cool and store in a dark place.
