Ingredients

  • 1 kg pear (s)
  • 500 g kiwi (s)
  • 1 ½ kg preserving sugar
  • 60 ml pear spirit or pear water (Williamschrist)

Instructions

  1. Peel the pears and kiwi, core the pears, cut the fruit into small pieces or puree as desired. Add the preserving sugar, bring to the boil, let simmer for 4 minutes. Make a gel test. If you like it, you can now add pear water or pear spirit and then pour it into glasses that have been rinsed with hot water.
