Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon hazelnuts, ground
  • 80 g butter
  • Salt and pepper, whiter
  • 2 pear (s)
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 8 slices toast
  • 4 slices cheese (butter cheese)

Instructions

  1. Briefly toast the hazelnuts without fat in a pan. Mix with the soft butter, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Wash and peel the pears, cut into fine wedges and drizzle with lemon juice.
  3. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Brush the toast with hazelnut butter, spread the pears on top, halve the cheese slices, place on the pears.
  4. Baked for 10 minutes.
