Ingredients

  • 2 large pear (s)
  • 500 ml kefir
  • 10 pistachios
  • 2 tablespoon honey (acacia)
  • 3 squirts lemon juice, to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel the pears and cut into small pieces. Remove the pistachios from the shell. Put the pears, kefir, pistachios, honey and lemon juice in a bowl and puree. Serve the shake in a tall glass.
  2. The drink is ideal for losing weight and as breakfast and is very filling.
