Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 300 grams flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 150 g low-fat quark
  • 7 tablespoon oil
  • 7 tablespoon milk

For the cast:

  • 250 g sour cream
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 1 packet vanilla pudding powder for cooking
  • 75 grams sugar

Moreover:

  • 6 pear (s) for the topping
  • Icing sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and vanilla sugar together. Add the quark, oil and milk. Knead a smooth dough with the dough hook of the hand mixer. Grease the baking sheet and roll out the dough on it.
  2. For the topping, mix the sour cream with the eggs, sugar and the pudding powder. (No pudding is cooked, the pudding powder makes the icing firmer when baking.)
  3. Peel and halve the pears. Remove the core and cut the halved pears lengthways several times on the round side. Spread on the dough and pour the icing over it. Bake in the preheated oven at 175 ° C top / bottom heat for about 40 minutes. Let cool down.
  4. Cut into pieces and dust with powdered sugar.
