Ingredients

  • 1 packet puff pastry, fresh (275-300 g)
  • 200 g oat cream cheese
  • 2 pear (s), firm (approx. 50 g each)
  • some thyme
  • 4 teaspoons honey
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Halve the fresh puff pastry crosswise. Fold the edges in about 1 cm.
  2. Now brush the puff pastry with the cream cheese and sprinkle some thyme over it. Peel and halve the pears and remove the core. Cut the half pears crosswise and spread them on the cream cheese. Sprinkle some more thyme on top.
  3. Preheat the oven to 210 °. Bake the finished pastry sheets in the oven on baking paper for about 15 minutes until they are a little browned on top.
  4. Take out, drizzle with honey and season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
  5. With lamb`s lettuce and a glass of wine a nice, spicy snack or supper.
