Ingredients

  • 300 g white cabbae
  • 1 medium carrot (s)
  • 1 pear (s)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 150 g yourt, 1.5% fat
  • Salt and pepper, fresh from the mill
  • Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Miracel Whip or mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Clean the white cabbage, remove the stalk and slice into fine strips. Knead well with ½ teaspoon salt in a bowl.
  2. Peel and roughly grate the carrot. Peel the pear and also grate or cut into large cubes, mix with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Mix the yoghurt with the Miracel Wip until creamy. Season to taste with pepper and salt. Pour the cream over the salad ingredients and mix well. Possibly season with lemon juice and a little sugar. Let it flow well.
