  • 4 tablespoon oil (olive oil)

  • 5 leaves sage
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the bacon into fine strips. Dice the onion. Braise both in the olive oil. Add the peas, season with salt and pepper and sauté for 10 minutes. Cut the sage leaves into fine strips and pour over the peas just before serving.
