Ingredients

  • 200 g carrot (s), finely rated
  • 1 kohlrabi, coarsely grated
  • 5 tablespoon oil (sunflower oil)
  • 5 tablespoon vinegar (apple cider vinegar)
  • salt
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • some parsley, freshly chopped
  • possibly caraway seeds

Instructions

  1. Mix the carrots and kohlrabi together in a bowl. Then add the oil and apple cider vinegar and season with salt. Finally add the pinch of sugar. Mix all ingredients well again. The best thing to do is to put the salad in the fridge and let it steep for another half an hour. If you like, you can round off the taste with a little caraway.
  2. Garnish with parsley before serving.
