Peking Cabbage, Chicken and Pineapple Salad

I bring to your attention a wonderful salad that cooks quickly and turns out to be juicy and tasty. Chicken goes well with pineapple, which is the basis of many salads.

Ingredients

  • Chicken – 250 grams (boiled)
  • Chicken Egg – 2 Pieces
  • Pineapple – 150 Grams
  • Peking cabbage – 150 Grams
  • Mayonnaise – 1-2 Art. spoons
  • Salt – To taste

Directions

  1. Prepare the ingredients for the salad.
  2. Cut the pineapple into small cubes and place in a salad bowl.
  3. Chop the boiled chicken and add to the pineapple.
  4. Hard-boiled eggs, refrigerate and peel. Slice and add to salad.
  5. Cut the Chinese cabbage into thin strips. Place in salad.
  6. Season the salad with mayonnaise.
  7. Season the salad to taste and stir all the ingredients.
  8. Salad with Chinese cabbage, chicken and pineapple is ready. Serve as a snack.
