Peking Cabbage, Ham and Kiwi Salad

Peking cabbage salads are very often helpful if you need to quickly prepare an addition to lunch or dinner. Prepare a delicious Peking cabbage, ham, and kiwi salad in minutes and from the available ingredients. Kiwi with a slight sourness is in perfect harmony with flavored ham sticks and crispy Peking cabbage.

Ingredients

  • Peking cabbage – 100 g
  • Ham – 100 g
  • Kiwi – 130 g (2 pcs.)
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise – 30 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. Peel off a couple of the top sheets from the Chinese cabbage and remove. Wash the cabbage and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut into thin strips.
  2. Wash and dry the kiwi. Peel (it is convenient to do this with a vegetable peeler). First, cut the fruit into circles, then into small cubes.
  3. Peel the ham. Cut into thin cubes.
  4. In a salad bowl, combine shredded Chinese cabbage, kiwi, and ham. Pour in vegetable oil and lemon juice. Season to taste with ground pepper and salt. Stir.
  5. Add any fat content mayonnaise. Adjust its amount to your liking. Stir.
