If guests are on the doorstep or you need to cook something quickly, make these Peking cabbage rolls with cottage cheese, garlic and herbs. Crispy cabbage rolls will become the star of any table.
Cook: 10 mins
Servings: 3
Ingredients
Peking cabbage – 7 leaves
Cottage cheese – 150 g
Garlic – 2 cloves
Fresh dill – to taste
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Directions
Prepare all the ingredients you need. If the presence of cloves of garlic in the composition confuses, replace it with 2 pinches of dried granulated garlic – it does not have an aggressive smell and will give the necessary taste. Rinse and dry cabbage leaves and dill.
Put cottage cheese in a bowl, salt and pepper.
Finely chop the dill and add it to the bowl of cottage cheese.
Peel the garlic and grate on a fine grater. Add it to curd with herbs.
Mix everything well.
Cut off the tough white portion of the Chinese cabbage leaves. Put 1/7 of the curd mass on the edge of the sheet.
Wrap the filling in a cabbage leaf, tucking the edges (like stuffed cabbage).
Thus, form 6 more rolls.
Peking cabbage rolls with cottage cheese, garlic and herbs are ready. Place them on a plate and serve.
Bon Appetit!
