Peking Cabbage Salad with Mivina Ingredients

  • Peking cabbage – 1 pc.
  • Mivina – 2 packs
  • Almonds (flakes) – 100 g
  • Green onions – 1 bunch
  • Peeled seeds – 5 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – 100 ml
  • Sugar – 3 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Vinegar 9% – 4 tbsp

  1. Tear off the leaves from the cabbage head, cut out the thickened stem and discard it. We wash the leaves and dry them using a special dryer. (If there is no dryer, then spread on paper or waffle towels.) Finely chop the cabbage.
  2. Chop green onions.
  3. We send nuts and seeds to a dry preheated frying pan. Fry them a little.

  4. We mix them with prepared herbs.
  5. Preparing the dressing. Mix vinegar 9% with sugar to dissolve the sugar. Pour the salt into it and pour out the oil. We mix.
  6. We season the salad to taste, it is not necessary to use all the prepared dressing.
  7. Break the mivina and grind it with a pestle.

  8. Add mivina to the salad before serving.
