Instructions

  1. Beat the whole eggs for about 4 - 5 minutes until they turn whitish and are nice and creamy. Then slowly pour in the sugar. Sift the flour and baking powder and fold in with the whisk.
  2. Put the mixture in a greased springform pan lined with baking paper. Spread the flakes of butter on top and sprinkle with the vanilla sugar, spread the flaked almonds on the dough. Bake for approx. 20 - 30 minutes at 160 °. Make a chopstick test. Let the base cool a little and divide once.
  3. Wash, clean and quarter the strawberries. Whip the cream with the milk and the paradise cream (do not let it become quite so firm) and distribute half of it on the first base. Then put the strawberries on top and spread the rest of the paradise cream over the strawberries. Then put the other half of the base on top and let it cool for about an hour.
  4. The Pellworm bee sting can be made with any other fruit, or just with the paradise cream (and of course with all flavors) - it`s super easy and always quick and tasty!
