Ingredients

  • 2 pear (s)
  • 1 small radicchio
  • 50 g parmesan cheese
  • 150 g mascarpone
  • 100 g Goronzola
  • 300 g penne
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Quarter, core and dice the pears. Clean, wash, dry the radicchio and cut into strips. Grate the parmesan.
  2. Put the mascarpone in a pan with 2 tablespoons of water. Crumble the Gorgonzola into it and heat it on the stove over low heat.
  3. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
  4. 4 minutes before the pasta is done, heat the olive oil in a second pan and fry the pears and radicchio in it over high heat for one minute. Season with salt, pepper and sugar.
  5. Drain and drain the pasta, then toss in the Gorgonzola sauce and place on plates. Pour the pear and radicchio vegetables on top and serve with a little grated Parmesan.
