Ingredients

  • 400 g penne
  • 100 g bacon, diced
  • 300 g tomato (s) (cocktail tomatoes), halved
  • 200 g cream
  • 1 scoop mozzarella, diced
  • 1 onion (s), diced
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Herbs, mixed, Italian style

Instructions

  1. First put on water and cook the penne. Then drain through a sieve.
  2. In a pan with a little oil, fry the bacon, the chopped onion and the chopped garlic clove. Then reduce the heat and lightly roast the halved tomatoes in the pan. Now add the chopped mozzarella and wait until it has melted. Then add the cream and season with the spices (salt, pepper, Italian herbs). Finally fold in the penne. Serve immediately.
