Ingredients

  • 600 g beef for oulash
  • 200 g onion (s), diced
  • 2 bell peppers, red, diced
  • 2 packs tomato (s), happened
  • 4 pepper (s), dried or 2 fresh to taste,
  • salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed with the salt
  • 1 can corn
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • Meat broth, grains
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Fry the beef goulash well in hot oil, then add the onions, allow to translate. Then add the diced paprika and crushed garlic cloves, sauté briefly. Dust with paprika and deglaze with the tomatoes. Add the chopped peppers and the vegetable or meat broth. Cook everything for about 1.5 hours on a low flame.
  2. Add the corn, season well, let it get hot again.
  3. I also have spaetzle with it.
  4. Every now and then I make a kind of goulash soup out of this recipe, then cut the meat smaller from the start, the preparation is otherwise the same, also add a 1/4 l malt beer. It tastes really good.
