Ingredients

  • 1 liter tea (peppermint), freshly brewed
  • 500 ml apple juice, clear

Instructions

  1. Fill up the freshly brewed mint tea (2 tea bags or optionally fresh leaves) in a jug with approx. 1.5 l capacity with clear apple juice and let it cool down.
  2. It is not necessary to add sugar, which makes the tea particularly suitable for children. The degree of sweetening can be regulated very well through the ratio of tea to juice. However, my recommendation is a 2: 1 ratio so it doesn`t get too cute.
  3. As children, we always called tea dragon`s blood because of its dark green-gold shimmering color when it cooled down, and we were crazy about it.
