Ingredients

  • 100 g chocolate mint bars
  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • 25 g butter
  • 2 medium egg (s)
  • 2 tablespoon water, hot
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 150 ml cream
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Heat the chocolate bars, dark chocolate and butter in a water bath.
  2. In the meantime, stir two egg yolks and two tablespoons of hot water until frothy. Beat the egg white together with a pinch of salt until stiff. Also whip the cream together with a tablespoon of sugar until stiff.
  3. Add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg yolk and stir in. Now fold in the egg white first and then the cream.
  4. Pour the cream into portion glasses and chill for about five hours.
  5. Tip:
  6. After Eight Fine Sticks are suitable for decoration.
  7. Cut a couple of sticks (approx. 4) into small pieces and stir into the cream.
