Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, salt, egg and olive oil, knead a dough with the dough hook of the hand mixer, add the mint and now while kneading add a teaspoon of water until the pasta dough can be kneaded well with your hands. It must not stick, otherwise add some flour again.
  2. Wrap the dough in cling film and let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  3. Now do not roll out the dough too thinly with the pasta machine and shape it to taste. Put in boiling salted water and cook in it for 4 minutes, then drain.
  4. The noodles smell and taste like mint and, in my opinion, go very well with spicy dishes.
  5. I have a hot chicken liver pan with it.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
