Ingredients

  • 2 tomato (s), diced
  • 1 bell pepper (s), yellow, diced
  • Olive oil, or rapeseed oil
  • 3 teaspoons honey
  • salt
  • Pepper, coarse, ground
  • 1 dash Tabasco
  • 1 small onion (s)

Instructions

  1. Dice all ingredients (tomatoes, peppers, onions) and place in a pan with a little oil. Season to taste with a pinch of salt, a little coarse pepper and Tabasco.
  2. Let the whole thing simmer over full heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. After 10 minutes add 3 teaspoons of honey and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  3. The meal is ready, very simple, but also very tasty Bon appetit!
