  • 60 g wheat bran
  • 60 g flaxseed, crushed
  • 120 g oat bran
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon bread spice mixture
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and let soak for 10 minutes. Then place on a large piece of cling film and wrap into a tight roll. Close the cling film tightly at the ends. Now wrap everything tightly in aluminum foil and simmer in hot water for about 30 minutes.
  2. You can of course incorporate other herbs or spices into the mixture as you wish.
