Ingredients

  • 2 melon (s) (cantaloupe), pulp cut into pieces
  • 250 g strawberries
  • 250 g rapes, seedless, halved
  • 2 peach (s), pitted, quartered
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon rose water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 pinches cinnamon powder
  • 2 pinches clove powder
  • 2 pinches turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon mint, fresh, leaves cut into fine strips
  • Ice cream, crushed, to serve

Instructions

  1. Put all the fruits in a bowl.
  2. Mix the honey, rose water and lemon juice together. Mix in the cinnamon, clove and turmeric. Pour the dressing over the fruit salad and place in the refrigerator to steep for 1 hour.
  3. Before serving, fold in the crushed ice cream and mint, then serve immediately.
