  • 100 g basil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 200 ml olive oil
  • 150 g parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoon pine nuts
  • salt and pepper
  • Rosemary, ground

Instructions

  1. Skin the garlic and press through a garlic press into a blender. Add all other ingredients except for the spices and puree in the blender.
  2. Season with salt, pepper and rosemary. Then fill the pesto into glasses and consume the first part immediately on freshly cooked pasta.
