Ingredients

  • 2 handfuls basil
  • 2 stalks oregano
  • 2 tablespoon pine nuts
  • 5 tomato (s)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Parmesan, freshly grated
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic

Instructions

  1. Pluck the basil and oregano leaves from the stalk and wash.
  2. In the meantime, roast the pine nuts in a coated pan without oil, not too dark.
  3. To dice tomatoes. If you like, you can also use dried ones, they are spicier.
  4. Put the pine nuts, tomatoes, basil and oregano in a blender and chop briefly. Add a little olive oil and keep mixing until a paste is formed. Add parmesan to taste and mix again.
  5. Season to taste and sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper.
  6. Pour into a mason jar and store in a cool place.
  7. Tastes good with any type of pasta.
