Ingredients
- 1 kg potato (s), new
- 1 bunch chives or chives and a clove garlic
- 1 bunch parsley, smooth
- Sea salt and pepper
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- lemon juice
- 4 teaspoons hemp seeds

- First wash the new potatoes vigorously. Then cook as jacket potatoes.
- Now it`s time for the pesto. To do this, cut the chives and parsley into small pieces and put them in a blender. Season with salt and pepper. Then mix up with a little olive oil and lemon juice.
- Then halve the jacket potatoes lengthways and pour the herb puree over them. Now beat the hemp seeds briefly in the mortar and add to the potatoes. Fold in well and serve.
