  • 500 g pasta
  • Salt water
  • 200 g pesto rosso (from Barilla)
  • 200 ml cream
  • 250 g cheese, rated
  • Zucchini
  • tomato
  • bell pepper (s)
  • onion (s)
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • oregano

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles in salted water for a few minutes until they are half cooked (no longer, otherwise the noodles will be too soft later). Then take it out of the water.
  2. Depending on your personal taste, fry onions, peppers, tomatoes, zucchini, etc. in olive oil. Then add the pesto rosso and the cream. Let simmer briefly, then season with salt, pepper, oregano and paprika powder to taste.
  3. Put the sauce and pasta in a gratin dish and mix well (by hand, if you have to). Put the cheese on top and in the oven at 180 ° C for 15 minutes.
