Instructions

  1. After filtering off the liqueur, weigh the physalis, add the same amount of frozen raspberries and simmer together with the vanilla pod from the liqueur mixture for about 10 minutes on a low level.
  2. Fish out the vanilla pod, and if you want, you can still puree the mass. Add the preserving sugar according to the package instructions, bring to the boil and fill into small glasses.
