Ingredients

  • 2 cups quark (500 g each)
  • 2 bottles Cremefine for whipping (15%)
  • 2 packs confectionery (Raffaellos, large packs)
  • 2 glasses morello cherries
  • 1 packet ladyfingers (approx. 400 - 500 g)
  • 4 packs vanilla sugar
  • Liqueur (coconut pineapple liqueur - ready-mixed piña colada)
  • Chocolate shavings, dark ones

Instructions

  1. Put the cherries in a sieve and drain well, collecting the juice. Put the quark in a large bowl and stir with a little milk until smooth. Beat the Cremefine until stiff and fold into the quark. Stir in the vanilla sugar.
  2. Put the confectionary in a tall, narrow container, puree with a hand blender and stir into the curd mixture. Now stir in the finished pina colada from the bottle to taste.
  3. Now line the bottom of a larger baking dish with the ladyfingers and soak them with the cherry juice. Then spread a layer of cherries on top and spread the quark cream on top. Repeat the whole thing again.
  4. Finally, distribute the dark chocolate grated on the cream, decorate with some Rocher and put in the refrigerator for about 5 hours. Instead of quark, the dessert can also be prepared with mascarpone.
