Ingredients

150 g powdered suar
60 g cocoa powder
360 g coconut fat
4 egg (s), size M
1 shot rum, 54% (or x rum flavor)
3 packs chocolate bars, (pick-up, any flavor) a total 15 pieces.

Instructions

Sieve 60 g cocoa powder and 150 g powdered sugar into a bowl. 360 g coconut oil on the stove or in the microwave
Bring slowly to melt, then let stand until approx. room temperature is reached. Add eggs and rum or rum flavor to the sifted powdered sugar and cocoa powder. Mix everything together and gradually add the coconut oil.
Now line a baking pan with cling film. Not necessary with a silicone mold.
Then we layer. Start with some of the mixed mass, pour in enough until the bottom of the mold is well covered, then the chocolate bars follow. Cover this again with the chocolate mass, continue like this until everything is used up, but finish with chocolate mass. Now put the mold in the fridge for about 2 hours. To serve, turn it out onto a plate, remove the foil if necessary.
